About the new PACT-Y Program

CCBC is hiring for an exciting new program that will provide intensive community-based services to youth, young adults and their families. PACT-Y (Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth) is an evidence-based, trauma-informed multi-disciplinary team approach that delivers strength based, youth guided and family driven services and skilled therapeutic interventions in the home and community to support youth with serious mental health challenges. This comprehensive, person-centered approach aims to enhance family functioning, provide stabilization, foster growth and resilience, build skills and help prepare youth for the transition to adulthood.

Be a part of this innovative program that is the first of its kind in Massachusetts. CCBC and DMH will work collaboratively to meet the needs of youth and families who need a creative, flexible, dynamic team to support them in achieving their goals.
