Description of Position

Seeking full time, overnight direct care staff person for Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Norton, MA. This is a 6 bed, voluntary, no restraint, short term mental health support service for adults needing support in managing a crisis situation. Responsibilities include orienting clients to the unit, meal preparation, indirect support of activities of daily living, transportation, and facilitating therapeutic activities on the unit. The overnight role is an awake position monitoring the clients with collaboration of the unit nurse on duty, preparing for the upcoming day, and facilitating any needs that arise.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in human services is preferred.
