Description of Position

Seeking an administrative assistant to perform secretarial duties for multiple court ordered services including Massachusetts Impaired Driver (MID), Second Offender Aftercare as well as other court order counseling services. Perform ROI duties as well as upkeep on electronic medical records for all CCBC Programs, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison to Court Order Services Program, maintain all paper and electronic charts, submit monthly reports to Probation Officers, complete releases of information and documentation, coordinate, monitor and schedule intakes and group counseling visits, complete billing of all group activates and work with state billing and registrations programs. Work with CCBC Third Party Billing to verify insurance and other billed duties as assigned. Assist Medical Records department with releases as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid products. Excellent internal and external customer service skills required: organizational skills, with time management and ability to multi-task, demonstrate courtesy and a high degree of tact and judgement when interacting with internal and external customers. Demonstrate consistent flexibility and adaptability.
