Description of Position

Community based behavioral health clinic seeks master’s level clinician to provide individual counseling services through our Adult Outpatient Program in our Taunton clinic. Services are being provided via telehealth and in person sessions. The Adult Outpatient Clinician provides a broad range of clinical services for mental health clients including formulating independent psychosocial diagnosis and treatment plans as well as providing ongoing individual therapy. Clinicians have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, care coordinators, recovery coaches, peer support specialists, nurses and more to provide comprehensive client care. Regular supervision towards licensure along with staff meetings and access to a virtual library of trainings are available for training and professional development.

Responsibilities Include
  • Conducting biopsychosocial evaluations
  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Treatment planning
  • Use of standardized outcomes measures
  • Engage clients in brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning
  • Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, staff development and training curriculum
  • Keep EHR calendar up to date to support centralized scheduling
