Description of Position

Behavior Health Center seeking a candidate to Support IT functions. Overall IT Operations will be facilitated by an outside IT Consultant. The IT Support position will work under the direction of the Facility / IT Manager and will add newly hired staff to e-mail, phone, and security systems, set up cell phones, assign usernames and passwords, distribute laptops and personal safety devices, distribute keys to offices, mover desktop computers, troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops and cell phones, maintain inventory lists of cell phones and computers, manage internal phone system directories, update devices, image computers, assist with minor computer wiring updates, and minor computer maintenance.

Requirements

Excellent written, verbal, analytical, organization and communication skills required. Internal and external customer service skills. Computer skills including computer system logic, Microsoft products, Active Directory, Linux, and Outlook.
