Description of Position

Seeking full-time Recovery Partnership Counselors for the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Specialty Program in Taunton, MA. There are two overnight positions (12am - 8am) and one evening position (4pm - 12am) available. The DBT Specialty Program is a residential house designed to provide residential and clinical services on site. Duties include:

  • Participate in team meetings, group supervision and client's Individual Action Plan (IAP).
  • Complete documentation utilizing standardized documents in electronic medical records.
  • Provide support and have an ability to discuss and guide healthy coping with clients.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is preferred with DBT knowledge. Experience working with individuals with mental illness, specifically personality disorders, preferred. Must possess good organizational skills and effective written, verbal, and computer skills as well as familiarity with DBT and/or skill based treatment.
