Description of Position

Community Counseling of Bristol County is currently seeking applicants for the Master's Level or Licensed Clinician position for In-Home Therapy (IHT). The IHT Team is looking for qualified professionals to provide the highest quality of care to children from birth to 21 years of age with a Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families, from towns in the greater Taunton/Attleboro and New Bedford areas.

Clinicians provide structured, strength-based family therapy in a home-based program designed to enhance the family's capacity to improve the at-risk youth's functioning in the home and community to prevent the need for an out-of-home placement. IHT is part of the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative umbrella of services.

This is a full time 40 hour per week position. Program runs 7 days per week from 8am-8pm which allows for opportunities for a flexible schedule. Some availability during evening/weekend hours is required.

Competitive benefits package with full salary which is determined by experience, license, specialties and linguistic capacity. Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field; 2+ years experience working with children and families. Volunteer and internship experience will be considered. Focus is on best fit within this unique and specialized program. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
