Description of Full-Time Position

Community outreach case workers, join our team! Positions available in our Taunton, Brockton, Plymouth, and Attleboro offices. The Community Support Program (CSP) provides short term supportive outreach to clients with a history of behavioral health and/or substance use disorders. As a CSP worker you will assist clients to reach their goals, targeted to help them live independently and successfully in the community.


B.A. required, preferably in psychology, social work, sociology or related field. Use of personal vehicle required. Driving record will be verified. IA.
