Description of Position

Seeking full time Recovery Partnership Counselors for the Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) in Taunton. Varied shifts. CBFS is a DMH funded service providing a range of rehabilitation, support, supervision, housing, and recovery services for adults with mental illness in a variety of community settings. Duties include:

  • Provide range of CBFS program services working on a "mini-team" with other mental health professionals to approximately 30 program clients
  • Ensure enactment of each client's Individual Action Plan (IAP)
  • Participate in daily organizational meeting, IAP review meetings, team meetings and group supervision
  • Complete documentation utilizing standardized documents in electronic medical record

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or have relevant human services experience. Experience with adult, mentally ill population with co-occurring addictions preferred. Must possess good organizational skills and effective written, verbal, and computer skills as well as familiarity with recovery and rehabilitation principles.
