Description of Position

Seeking experienced behavioral health care administrator/clinician to oversee busy adult outpatient mental health clinic in Taunton. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, supervision, training, budgeting, monitoring financials, and overall program operations on a day-to-day basis. This position is part of the agency’s Senior Leadership team.

Administer program services such as:
  • Individual, group, couples, and family therapy
  • Integrated mental health and addictions treatment
  • Integrated psychiatric evaluation and treatment
  • Medication management
  • Self-help as an adjunct to treatment


Candidates should possess a master’s degree in human services and independent level licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC preferred). Must have at least 10 years of clinical experience with the adult psychiatric population and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position. Should have advanced organizational, written, oral and computer skills.
